I was completely lost as to what to do about my laptop when it seemed several viruses got in, so I asked Jon to come and help. He did, with an hour drive no less, so I owe him big time, literally and figuratively. Seriously, you saved my behind here!

My home was recently flooded in Munster and Jon came by and saw that my computer was in the pile for the clean up crew to pick up, Jon asked if he could take my computer and see if he could save anything off my hard drive for me. I did not think he would be able to pull anything off of the hard drive since it sat in the flood water for 4 days, the next morning Jon came back to my location and brought me a disk with our information from the computer on it. Jon, thank you very much for saving what I thought was gone. Jon did not charge me a dime, I did not know him, had never seen him before and he was willing to help us in any way he could. Jon saved pictures and documents that we would not have been able to replace. You truly were a light in our dark time. I can not thank you enough for what you did for me. It really is worth trusting a stranger to help in any way they can.

Wow, this is awesome! What a great kindess!

Wow, nice reviews here. Jon saw me mention in a website that I needed to install drivers for my sound (cause I reinstalled windows), but I had no clue which ones, so I was going to wait for my kid to do it for me. Well, Jon was nice enough to find exactly the right drivers for me (and he did it FAST, too!) I knew they were the right ones, when I clicked on the site, because I recognized it all from before. Jon didn't even know me from Adam in that room, yet he went out of his way to help. I was very impressed. Intelligent "dolt" he is! hehe! (I got a kick out of him using that word.) My sincere thanks, Jon, for your helpfulness and kindess!

I had John look at a CPU of a friend of mine who is disabled and uses the computer for E-Bay sales as haer sole income. To say she panicked is understatment. John took the job, and ended up replacing the motherboard, setting it up to be virus-proof. Did a great job in a timely manner and a fair price. He comes highly recommended. He seems to know his stuff!

I had a superdrive in my iMac that wouldn't burn DVDs anymore. I called John on a Saturday. He came out and replaced it the next day. He is a real lifesaver. I will not hesitate to recommend John or use him again.

I had a slow moving computer and thought it had to be my modem, John came by and in a few hours got rid of unnecessary programs, downloaded helpful software, and now my computer is purring. John is a great guy and very knowledgeable of the inner workings of the computer and software. I will use John in the future for setting up my surround sound and any other help I will need technically. John has a way of making the experience less painful and I owe him big time. Thanks John you are the man.
