My name is Jonathan Butkovsky.
I'm a fun-loving, generous dolt who geeks out amoung every electronic device he sees to get the most out of it. I do alot of computer repair and custom work currently, but am always looking for a steady job in it to get me by and hopefully to college. I've got a ton of parts in storage. Everything from DJ gear, to art, cooking equipment, and computer parts.
Currently, I'm trying to get a couple really neat inventions off the ground, but funding a patent is costly.
I've spent a year in a International Design college in Chicago, which helped me more with obtaining friends then designing itself. Though I really found out alot about Business and Accounting, Ethics, and Sociology. From then on, I worked for about three years at RadioShack as a top salesman in their region then went on to study at MicroTrain for my A+, Net+, MCSE/MCSA, Linux+, and my CCNA. I still have credits from a generous $10,000 grant that I obtained through WIA, so what remaining courses I take to use those credits are still up in the air.
I love to hang out with friends and do volunteer programs on the side such as i.c.stars, a non-profit organization in Chicago that provides an opportunity for change-driven, future leaders to develop skills in business and technology. Though, i.c.stars is more of a school than an organisation for me. I've helped volunteer time helping out the local Howard Brown community centers for those who needed help. Most of the work I did for the patrons were computer related, such as helping people design websites or sell items on ebay, as well as fix computer issues.
